First and foremost before you decide purchase a puppy from me (Rebecca Daniels), the buyer agrees that the dog/puppy that is being purchased is to have the breeder name in front of the registered name DANIELS' or AHOSK'S. If purchasing an adult dog or pup, that has already been given a name on UKC, ADBA, or any other paper work it is not to be changed!

PUPPIES BEING SHIPPED ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON OR BEFORE 7 WEEKS OF AGE. SO I CAN PREPARE TO HAVE THE PUPPY SHIPPED BY EIGHT WEEKS OF AGE.
IF THE PUPPY IS TO BE PICKED UP, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP IN THE FORM OF CASH.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS PROVIDED IN THIS CONTRACT, I GUARANTEE THIS DOG TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
ADULT OR PUPPY IS GUARANTEED TO BE FREE FROM: DISTEMPER, ADENOVIRUS,
PARAINFLUENZA, PARVOVIRUS, LEPTOSPIROSIS, OR CORONAVIRUS.
THE PURCHASER AGREES TO TAKE THE PUPPY TO A LICENSED VETERINARIAN, OF THEIR CHOICE, WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) FOR A HEALTH CHECK.
SHOULD THE DOG BE FOUND TO HAVE ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DISEASES OR GENETIC DEFECTS. PROVIDED THE CONDITION IS SERIOUS IN THE OPINION OF TWO LICENSED VETERINARIANS.
IF IN WHICH THE CAUSE OF WHICH IS TO BE CLEARLY ATTRIBUTED TO THE SELLER,
THE BUYER MAY RETURN THE DOG IMMEDIATELY TO THE SELLER WITH A WRITTEN DIAGNOSIS FROM SAID LICENSED VETERINARIANS, FOR ANOTHER DOG OF EQUAL VALUE.

This guarantee applies to the original owner only, and is non-transferable.
The puppy must be in good physical condition, and be current on all de-worming and vaccinations.
No replacement will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered / spayed, or
Registration Application Form has expired. Owner is responsible for any shipping costs,
puppy maintenance costs, and any veterinarian bills. In order for contract to be valid, contract
must be signed and accepted by breeder before the puppy has been transferred to purchaser.
Above all we want you to have a healthy new addition to your family if any problems arise we will consult with your Veterinarian.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LITTER. UNLESS BY DEFAULT OF THE SELLER. DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED BY THE SELLER. DUE TO THE DEMAND FOR PUPPIES AND UNPREDICTABILITY OF LITTER SIZE, ANY DEPOSITS TAKEN WHICH EXCEED THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE PUPPIES WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE NEXT BREEDING OF THE BUYERS CHOICE.
BOTH SELLER AND BUYER BOTH AGREE THAT THIS ADULT OR PUPPY WERE NOT BRED OR SOLD FOR FIGHTING OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
